You can schedule a session through our online booking system. After choosing a time, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details.

What subjects do you offer tutoring in?

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours in advance. You must email refunds@charlesulandtutoring.com 24 hours before the class starts for a full refund.

Yes! Group sessions are available at a reduced rate per student. They’re great for classmates preparing for the same exam.

Will sessions be recorded?

Sessions will be recorded, and they will be sent to you upon request.

What technology do I need?

All you need is a stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and access to Zoom or Google Meet. A webcam and microphone are recommended for the best experience.

What is the structure of a 1-on-1 tutoring session?

In a 1-on-1 session, we focus entirely on your goals. We’ll start with a quick check-in, work through practice problems together, and end with a personalized review and next steps. Each session lasts around 1 hour.

What is the structure of a group tutoring session?

Group sessions begin with a short overview of the topic, followed by guided examples and collaborative practice. Each student will also have time to ask individual questions before we wrap up with a group review. Each session lasts around 2 hours.
